A mobile catering operation is often the first choice for those going into business for the first time. It is suitable for people with less experience than that required to run a restaurant for example. Start up costs are often low and you may be able to start the business without employing anybody else initially.

As your business becomes established and successful, you may wish to expand. You could always duplicate what you have done, perhaps several times. Or you could sell the entire business and branch off to try some of the other types of catering businesses.
